Homeowners and property managers should independently verify the licensing, insurance, and qualifications of any professional before hiring them or authorizing work to begin. We recommend confirming that any professional holds the necessary state and local licenses for your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Water Damage 911, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Any dispute between you and a referred professional
  • Any delay, failure, or inability to connect you with a professional

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Water Damage 911 for use of the Service, which is $0 for consumers.
